About Us

  Schools

The primary method of fund-creation for Vidyapith is to raise funds from our donors. Note that we have no overhead cost and every service provided by us is purely on a voluntary basis.

You may become a donor simply by donating a one-off amount; cheques, in any currency, payable to Vidyapith (we have accounts in INR, USD and GBP) may be sent to the trust address.

If you are a resident in the UK, you may also wish to subscribe an amount (any amount of choice, however little it may seem) every month by setting up a standing order to your bank in the UK. Please get in touch with us for our bank details or a standing-order form.

All UK donors are requested to fill up the gift aid form so that Vidyapith can claim 25% of any donation from HMRC. If you are sending us a one-off cheque, please use the gift aid form (download the word or the pdf version), and send it along with the contribution.

Donors may encourage schools of their choice to apply for grants from Vidyapith, or even initiate other projects to be funded. As a donor, each year you will receive an annual financial report and a half-yearly newsletter containing detailed accounts of all our activities.
